Server Requirements
Windows Server 2003 or >
Windows XP Professional SP2 or >
*Windows Vista 32bit & 64bit
*Windows 7
Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 (SP2)
At least 3GB of RAM
At least 40GB disk space (disk space varies depending on amount of data stored)
Access Control Server requires Windows XP Professional SP3

Workstation Requirements
Windows XP Pro SP2 or >
Windows Vista 32bit & 64bit or
Windows 7
At least 2GB of RAM
At least 10GB disk space
Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 (SP2)
For Mobile Meter Reading and Dock Checks we recommend any Windows Mobile 5/6 device, or an HP Tablet such as the Slate. HP Small & Medium Business - Tablets & Smartphones
*Credit Card Processing option requires no "Home" windows versions.

Remote Support is provided via Teamviewer download the client software by clicking the button
